Wisslax Mission
Wisslax strives to provide an opportunity for the boys of our community to learn and participate in the great sport of lacrosse. Our shared goal is for all participants to improve their skill at the game of lacrosse while developing a sense of teamwork, fair play and good sportsmanship in a safe and enjoyable environment.
Wisslax Commitment & Eligibility
Commitment
AT ALL WISSLAX LEVELS, THE COACHES EXPECT‚ WISSLAX TO BE YOUR SONS PRIMARY SPORTS TEAM DURING THE MONTHS OF MARCH, APRIL AND MAY‚ with the only exception being middle school lacrosse teams.
Our coaches have the right to move any player who does not honor their Wisslax team commitment (by attending practices, scheduled games and scheduled team tournaments) down to a less competitive team without refund if the conflicts are because of another lacrosse related commitment.
Eligibility
Wisslax is for boys who reside within the boundaries of Wissahickon school district.
Fall, Winter, and Spring Intramurals allow for boys outside of Wissahickon district to play. Note: as soon as they are eligible to play travel, boys must abide by SEPYLA residency eligibility rules.
Boys who reside within the Norristown school districts are also permitted by SEPYLA to participate in Wisslax Travel programs 3rd-8th grade.
Boys residing outside of the Wissahickon school district may be able to participate in other SEPYLA boys lacrosse youth clubs, for more information go to
